All Smyth County schools will be serving cheeseburgers. The meat will come from Stickley’s Cattle Company, Whaller’s Dairy, and Old Rich Valley Farms. In addition, Stephanie Hester was chosen to be the Regional Farm to School Co-Lead for Region 7. This program was developed to bring closer relationships between producers and schools and more local food into the schools.
